Welcome to Ocean Sounds. To ensure a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable stay for all, we ask that you kindly follow these house rules:
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: From 14:00 (2 PM) – please let us know if you’ll arrive after 20:00.
- Check-out: By 10:00 AM – late check-outs must be arranged in advance.
Smoking & Alcohol
- No smoking or vaping indoors. A R500 cleaning fee applies for violations.
- No outside alcohol may be brought onto the property.
Visitors & Quiet Hours
- Only registered guests may stay overnight.
- Day visitors must be arranged with management and leave by 22:00 (10 PM).
- Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 – 07:00.
Children & Pool Safety
- Children must be supervised by parents/guardians at all times.
- The swimming pool has no lifeguard – use is entirely at your own risk.
Property Care
- A R1,500 security deposit is held against theft, damage, or rule violations.
- Please respect the property, furnishings, and linen. Extra cleaning or damages will be charged against your deposit.
Pets
- No pets allowed unless arranged in advance. Service animals may be permitted with prior approval.
Wellness Facilities
- Guests may enjoy the infrared sauna and other facilities at their own risk.
- Please follow any posted guidelines for safe use.
Liability
- Ocean Sounds is not responsible for loss, theft, injury, or accidents on the premises.
- Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
